1. Request deletion
You can request deletion of your Track2Me account and associated information whether you signed in with Facebook or Google. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Track2Me data deletion”, preferably from the email address associated with your account.
Include the email used to sign in, your sign-in provider (Facebook or Google), and whether you want to delete the entire account or information for specific linked devices. You may include your local user identifier or the identifiers of those devices if known. Do not send passwords, access tokens, pairing codes or app secrets.

Before processing a request, we may ask you to confirm that you control the account or are authorized to request deletion of the specified data. This protects accounts and linked devices from deletion requests made by someone else. If you cannot access your registered email, explain that in your message so we can discuss an appropriate verification method.
3. Information covered by deletion
For a verified full-account deletion request, the scope includes your local account record, name, email, profile picture URL, Facebook or Google account identifiers stored by Track2Me, sign-in metadata and the TXT registration record. It also includes associated device information held by Track2Me within the verified scope of the request, such as stored locations, messages, call records, recordings, screenshots and command history where those features were used.
If specific records must be retained to meet an applicable obligation or resolve a security issue, we will explain any relevant exception when responding to your request. This request does not delete your Facebook or Google account or copies of information stored independently by those providers.
4. Disconnect Facebook or Google
You can also remove Track2Me from the connected apps in your Facebook or Google account settings. Removing the connection, signing out or unlinking a device is separate from deleting information already stored on the Track2Me server. Submit a deletion request using the instructions above if you also want that information removed.
5. Follow up on your request
This page provides deletion-request instructions; opening it does not submit a request or delete an account automatically. The email button opens your email application. Send the message to submit the request, and reply in the same email conversation to follow up. We will respond about verification, the scope of deletion and the outcome of the request.
